Building a More Sustainable New York

When it comes to sustainability, metrics are important. As the saying goes, you can’t manage what you don’t measure. The numbers show RXR considerably reduced energy use, emissions, water, and waste in 2020. This was partly the result of the pandemic, but it was also due to our philosophy of not letting a crisis go to waste by stepping up our commitment to sustainability. Supporting Communities in Crisis

We mean it when we say “Doing Good and Doing Well Means Doing Better”. That philosophy carries through in our social impact initiatives from developing an award-winning app to help the RXR community navigate COVID-19, to our RXR Volunteer platform that cultivated a network of over 300 volunteers and helped over 275 business and non-profits access critical resources.
